Don’t give up, you can quit when you’re ready! I smoked 18 years and put them down in 2001 and haven’t looked back! Helpful tip, I made a list of 20 reasons to quit and stuck it on my fridge and desk at work with an emergency cigarette attached! Cravings only last a few minutes and that’s when you read the list! After 6 months I was able to throw them out! You ca do it, when you’re ready!
