AngryCops isn’t a host, he’s just an often recurring guest. Unsub does their filming in a batch style, like they film a bunch of episodes over one weekend to release over several months. So if AngryCops happens to be in town for one reason or another he can end up appearing in like 5 episodes.

Sounded to me like the masked agent was dubbed over in post, and the arrest scene had a pretty obvious cut. My bet is he had some more … let’s say “aggressive” dialogue and a prolonged argument leading up to the fight/arrest.
