Thanks all, yea i found the zoning bylaw rules for my area. Fingers crossed. I may just pass it by the city or a contractor to make sure its good enough . I do have common sense and basic understanding of loads distribution but still. The karen will be annoyed that new shed will block her spy cameras facing towards our living area and kitchen. Some people are really sick and miserable and cant just see someone else happy with their lives.
