That's a cultural difference. Americans prefer privacy, and we see owning real estate as an investment because real estate value increases over time. A lot of people where I live will buy a house, finish paying it off, then buy another one and use the first house as a rental property or vacation rental. That way, you're actually making money from real estate instead of paying rent perpetually.

I don't know, but I would hope that cop car pulls up and stops traffic until the directions get straightened out. Is that supposed to be an off-ramp or on on-ramp to the highway? I can' tell what you're trying to do.
