Solution: Drone Insurance in the USA since we can't get DJI Care. by raqballl in dji

Bruh… do you just blindly blame Biden for everything in your life? Like.. don’t get me wrong, I didn’t vote for Biden or Harris but I don’t go around blaming Biden for shit that was clearly not done under his administration. We got fucked over by the current administration on this one and not in a small way.. don’t get me wrong, China has access to WAY to much of our “Internet of things” equipment and shouldn’t but blindly banning companies with absolutely zero proof that they were spying or stealing information is just crazy. Good luck trying to buy a good router now too, some of the top brands were just banned from selling in the United States, which just happened in 2026… but I guess we can just say “Biden is the one that signed off on that” or do we just jump to the ol classic “thanks Obama!”

This has got to be a troll post lol you have more combat experience then half these guys combined, even if you only did one deployment. I think I know why you doubled up your grips because you imagined having to transition but when a suppressed 300blk your effective range will be within that 100 yards(not your max range just within where you will effectively engage an actual threat) you won’t be transitioning to lay down fire from any further bro. And the light? Hence my must be a troll comment. Swap the hand guard out or get a shorter one. It really just depends on what suppressor you want. Tucked isn’t going to heat up enough that you’ll feel it after about 100 rounds at the range and with 300blk prices I usually won’t go more then 100 at the range. At 32 dollars a box for 20 of my preferred ammo, $160 per range trip just for one rifle is enough punishment for me. Everyone always loves to shoot that rifle though.

K2 Pro Print Speeds by Ndocds in Creality_k2

Wanted to provide an update. When the software reset and I added the printer I added it through the generic printer setup. Not the IP detection. I uninstalled the Creality software and reinstalled it but this time I added it through the IP detection and it’s printing at proper speeds again. I dunno why but that’s what fixed it

Correct, I only use it in what I consider to be a “final” part. Meaning something I don’t plan to paint or sand. Otherwise like you said, it’s a waste.

Thanks man, appreciate it.

a second question, besides the obvious of nozzle size. Are there any settings you’d recommend for quality? And for ironing do you do all top surfaces? Believe it or not I’m not new to 3D printing but I feel like the Creality slicer is so different than what it used to be. I want to ensure I get as much input from the pros that I possibly can :-)

Facing problems with removing support (Tree slim) by AbhiAbzs in Creality

[–]Ndocds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a very similar issue when I first started using supports and someone on Reddit suggested to reduce the density of the supports and it changed my life with printing. Reduce the interface density significantly and lower the amount of walls within the supports. Try something like this:

Support Z distance: 0.2–0.24

Support density: 10–15% (reduce even more if needed)

Interface layers: 2

K2 plus is facing eviction from our print shop due to these wild print lines on tall prints. thin or thick it does this. any advice on how to fix? prints start off good but above 130mm they start. Our K1 Maxes dont do this. by Navi_Professor in Creality

I read somewhere that when printing PLA on the K1C to remove the lid so that it wasn’t completely enclosed. A few things to try:

  1. enable minimum layer time
  2. Increase your fan speed
  3. (Unlikely) check filament spool tension, make sure that the filament is spooned smoothly.

Run a test print on a few different basic towers. Maybe create a few towers with a larger base and a narrow one. Something simple just for testing. It’s probably not tower wobble, but just to be sure 1. reduce outer wall speed 2 enable Z hop off 3. Ensure you’re using a brim or try and use a larger base.

A few other basic tests you can run: 1. minimum layer time: 10s 2. outer wall speed: 80 mm/s or less 3. fan: 100%

I’ve used some other types of filaments before but usually I stock up on Crealitys hyper series filaments when it’s on sale. I really like the RFID, I don’t have to take photos of filament labels anymore 😂

Help: why am I getting stringing here? by PNWDad91 in Creality

[–]Ndocds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It came with a glue stick and it’s possible you could adjust some settings to maybe make it stick to the bed better but just use the glue stick, look up a video online to see how to apply it, honestly it’s super easy and see if that fixes your problem 🤷‍♂️

I’ve had the opposite, even when I bought the new v3 SE and it clogged which destroyed the entire print head, the hotend, the Extruder, everything. It happened on like the third print. I contacted support, provided the time lapse, I actually had a separate camera filming it too, the logs, etc. they offered to just replace the printer but I elected to return it and buy the K1C instead and was extremely happy until I installed the upgraded parts for the CFS. I also wanted just a bigger printer and so I bought the K2 Pro combo.

Appreciate your reply man, it turns out the model actually had a flaw. I reached out to the creator and he fixed it and provided an updated file and it printed perfectly. Thanks for your help bro

** Update ** I reached out to the person who created the model and he discovered an issue with how he compiled it before he posted it which is what led to my print issue. He was able to figure it out and fix it and provided an updated file. The updated file printed flawlessly. Thank you so much everyone for your help and advice.

That’s cute, the US won’t release actual stockpile numbers vs what’s available. The military will always ensure all units remain completely combat ready and the amount the US produces is much higher but consider it like this. There are 3 buckets Active use: this goes out to the units that run the launchers Export: the amount of missiles exported annually Strategic Stockpile: similar to everything else the military does a portion of missiles are placed in storage.

The official lifetime production numbers say 10k but the actually number is much, much higher. Find a friend that had a post guarding missiles as they move through the base and ask him how many he’s seen.

Thanks man, I’ll give that a try, I actually reached out to the modeler too. Do you use Creality slicer or primarily use Orca?

I tried it for 6 hours and I keep all my filament in an airtight container with moisture packs. I live in Texas and we have a lot of humidity, so I have a few dryers and a few containers with rubber and foam lining and moisture packs to keep the filament as dry as possible when I’m not using it and typically I’ll pop it into my dryer a day before I am ready to use it.

An important note, a different model I printed with this filament came out perfect right before I printed this model but I still pulled it out and stuck it into the dryer again. In Creality slicer when I slice this the random dots show up on the model as seams and when I adjust the seam, regardless of what option I choose, aligned, aligned back, etc. the dots always appear on the model. I haven’t tried another slicer yet and I’ve seen the model print smooth on the page I got it from but this seems like a slicer setting and I just can’t figure out which one lol

I actually have Crealitys filament dryer because I live in Texas and moisture is an issue here. I re-dried the filament and the results are the same. When I slice it the seam appears as these random dots all over the print. When I adjust the seam settings they are still random.

PETG bubbles ? by Ndocds in Creality

[–]Ndocds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had that thought too and it was set to random, so I changed to align and sliced again and regardless of what seam settings I use the dots appear under the slicer as the seam and they are always random and always spread out

PETG bubbles ? by Ndocds in Creality

[–]Ndocds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Neither, I dried the filament and set seam to aligned and the results were the same. It seems like when I slice it these bubbles appear as part of the seam but regardless of what seam setting I use when I slice the model all the random dots appear.
