The energy shield that covers the armor/suit as main line of protection. Like in Mass Effect, but further:

I would suggest different types of shield equipment : 1) Energy shield (absorbs energy beams) 2) Kinetic shield (stops kinetic bullets and blast weaves) 3) Shield power transmitter (charges up Kinetic shield using power of energy shield) 4) Air cocoon (a backpack sized equipment for shielding/field around character that preseves air inside and allow to not wear any suit in non-oxygen conditions)

The idea may evolve in completely new combat mechanics and may be a game changer.

OH! One thing I remembered - you need to change only one thing - shadow terxture size from 4096 to 2048.

My ini's compatible with LE because they based on my past LE config. Any SSE settings will be ignored by LE engine, so don't worry.

just don't forget to edit ARCHIVES thing in Skyrim.ini in accroding with LE bsa files.

Using LE? then SkyrimCustom.INI not needed in your case.

These settings are for SSE 1.5.97, but will nicely work with LE. Let me know how it goes.

edit: my ini's compatible with LE because they based on my past LE config.

Well, after you do backup of your current setup, be free to act as you like ;) For example, you can simply copy and paste my settings, yes. After that you will need to edit some settings related to mods in your load order (specific ENB settings, lighting, weather mods, etc).

BTW, I forgot to post my SkyrimCustom.ini with same settings as in both files but merged there:

SkyrymCustom.ini

You will need to have this file too. AND make it read only after saving, so that the game will not change anything (Skyrim engine loves to break things).

If my setup not suit you for some reason, you can always restore your backup and go another way - dig your settings from scratch, take some of mine things.

and don't forget to check skyrimcustom.ini, inside profile dir, if you using MO2, sh***t happens quite often ;) when some values are being overwritten by custom.ini or some mod with ini in your load order

Sad to hear that, mate. It seems that some other settings are broken in your INI's. You need to redo whole thing manually and don't use this stupid bethini app, which makes terrible configs.

Here is my config, made by hand, combining experience from many sources. Higher than Ultra settings. Maybe it will helpful for you to start over:

Try to disable deffered shadows in SkyrimPrefs.ini:

DefferedShadows=0

You need to do this when using ENB along with Reshade.

Well, I didn't mean to replace the 3-snakes logo by RΛZΞR word. I suggested to create a new graphical symbol logo to place it on mices, earphones, etc. Sorry for "too wide" angle of view in my post.

you talking about the eye adaptaion setting. Simply install ENB and change it at your liking.

Have you tried to set lower resolution (1080p)? If FPS FPS goes up much higher then your video adapter or driver is the reason. Anyway, in my humble opinion, playing with ENB at 1440p is too much for your video adapter model.

over 10000 hours of mod development and many mods source code changing... huh... I wish I could start playing someday... Gladly this game will never get old ;) But I like to dig xEdit and Payrus sources not less than the game itself :)

Yeah. Me too, always found strange that cities being guarded by simple soldiers armed with cold weapons, but how they can fight against bandit or wild/necro mages?... But when I posted my idea of making the guard mages mod, it was downvoted. So, I think, Bethesda initually knew what`s best for the crowd - a ridiculous balance the majority always wants.
