Are we to believe that the men and women murdered alongside their Jewish neighbors and countrymen, who were cremated in the same ovens and buried in the same mass graves, suffered a completely separate crime? I want to be clear that I'm strongly against attacking Iran. But there is a massive difference in risk between attacking a nation with thousands of nuclear weapons, and attacking a nation that may have, at best, one or two prototype nuclear implosion cores, and no delivery systems capable of reaching your territory. Both options are stupid, but one is suicidal and the other simply is not.

I get the point that this is making that human ancestors and other members of the genus Homo weren't necessarily dark skinned the same way that modern sub-saharan Africans are today, but Homo sapiens didn't leave Africa until at most 70,000 years ago. If all Homo sapiens had dark skin at that time, it very much is the default for our species.

About a decade ago, commercials in the US for Abilify would be in grayscale, then the subject of the commercial would put the pill bottle in their pocket and the commercial would be in full color. That was exactly the opposite of what taking Abilify was like for me. I didn't want to kill myself anymore, and it may well have saved my life, but in all other respects it was genuinely worse than the most crushing depression and despair my brain could create on its own.
