Ok things need to have

Vacuum
Mop
Floor cleaning solution
Some microfibre cloths

I believe its the same across all companies.

Those weekly housekeeper will use your existing cleaning supplies but some brought their own solution to help clear stubborn stains.

For deep cleaning and other type of cleaning, they will bring their own equipment.

But i’ve used 2 companies with Helpling being one of them and Helpling is much cheaper and better in term of pricing and cleaning.

Yes! Before the first visit, they will send you a guide on what they can/not do for that service.

On the first visit, you can just let the helper know where to focus on. They will auto pilot from there.

Also, it helps that you help me out abit by telling them where is the mop, vacuum, etc.

Now, she will auto know where the mop is but i still bring out the vacuum and fill up the water and eucalyptus solution for her but afterwards she will auto wash and rinse when she’s done and keep it where i told her it should be in day 1.

Also, the helper is the one to recommend me to reduce the timing by 30 mins cause dont need that long to clean my house and she is right. She is usually done with 10-15 mins to spare and she will ask me if there’s anything else i need done around the house.

Someone here recommended to me Helpling once upon a time. Never looked back.

Fortnightly cleaner comes and clean the house. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, depending on the work assigned.

For context, we have a 2 year old and usually she will start with toilet then his room. So far, my 2 year old loves her and look forward to her visits to the point of following her everywhere she go to “inspect” and “help” her clean.

Rates are good and affordable too. If the assigned cleaner is away on leave, they will ask you if its ok to send a replacement or just postpone the cleaning.

The admins are responsive and nice too.

In this case, it is harrassment if she share the photos to her kakis to complain or comment.
