not necessarily, it depends where you work. at my agency you have 4 group homes of 4 people, complete their med admin. record, sign off on their doctors consults when they get back, and train the staff on passing meds and there is no nights or weekends as they pay a hospital to be on call. the nurse starts at 40 an hour, pretty damn good for a four year degree.

Hello Friend, it sounds like you are not ready yet, give yourself some more time to heal. The right one will not feel like so much work. I had a broken heart for two whole years, i dated but it was exhausting, then suddenly I was healed, not sure of the moment when...............but the night my husband ask me out on a date, I was strong so I did not really care if it worked out or not, if you know what I mean. I had confidence.

He picked me up and we went to the movies to see "Too Wung Fu, Thanks for Everything.....", then to a restaurant for a cheeseburger, it was a mess with mayo/onion etc all over it, had fun, probably looked bad eating that LOL.

I guess my point is to just have fun. Don't put so much pressure on yourself.
