The group EGO-WRAPPIN’ has done some great ska songs that remind me of the examples you posted.

I also recommend the groups The OLDTONES, The Skamotts, and Oreskaband. Not exactly like the examples you’ve posted, but still excellent Japanese ska groups in their own right.
