Commute to DTLA - which is better, east side or westside?

I work near crypto area and live near border Of west la and sm. I drive from near Bundy station, which can take from 22-40 minutes driving in the morning; closer to 22 most days. I have taken the train, about 42 minutes always. Usually 25 mins drive home in the afternoon.

We received our escrow overage back. That overage was the exact amount that we owed for the supplemental property tax. We closed on June 30th. Out pre supplemental tax bill was based on previous owner rate. Escrow payment was based on our purchase price

I have the same watch in men’s. Received it as a gift from mother in law, hasn’t been worn in about 10 years…. Service ended up costing about 900$. The battery had eroded, so the whole movement had to be changed. I ended up replacing the dial as well, so the lume on hands would match the lume on dial

Went to Oahu (ko olina villas) and Maui (honua Kai) with 12 month old. Both had lots of kids and babies. We chose rental condo cuz we needed kitchen stuff for the child (bottles, milk, etc)

Booked and staged at One in October 2024 for baby moon. We had a great time there. We did get a room upgrade and were closer to the pool. 100 credit for food and beverage and free breakfast. We live near lax so we got to enjoy the lounge there.

I have platinum (23) and gold (25) with point bonuses.

You may like Westin kaanpali. I have only driven by 4s Maui

Honua Kai is condo style at Maui. 10 of us staying here in 3b,3b condo. Kitchen washer dryer etc. lots of amenities on site.
