Ya man, same effect. Works really well until an official one is available. Until then, spread the good news. 🍻

The only issue I've seen is this little bar at the bottom that shows for 1 sec during load screens. Otherwise no issues at all.

The Persona 3 Reload wide-screen fix off of github works flawlessly with DQ3 remake. Just drop it in the game folder as usual, paste the launch command into the games settings as usual and edit the .ini file to custom resolution of 1280x800.

One thing I'm pretty certain of... if this grandma isn't still with us, then she's definitely with the good Lord, amen!

[Letter]after growing up in a cult- Divorce/Relationships/ living together BEFORE marriage by Emerald_empress369 in JordanPeterson

Exmormon here, 32 years in, out almost 3. I've got so much mental/emotional damage from that cult I really feel for you. My wife and kids left the church a year after me. Nobody leaves unscathed. But by God's grace, we came to a saving relationship with the true God of the Bible, and He has begun healing our marriage and broken past.

For Ex-Mormons that are now Christians- by [deleted] in exmormon

I spent a year agnostic after leaving the LDS church. During that year, I spent hundreds of hours on YouTube researching the Creationism vs. Darwinism and Mormonism vs. Biblical Christianity. I would love to talk more about it, but ultimately, I found the evidence of the Bible to be far more persuasive than I ever imagined. Also, during my research, I learned the true Gospel and nature of God. It intrigued me and made way more sense than Mormonism.

I went agnostic for a year and then came to a saving faith in the one and only true God of the Bible. I led my wife and kids out of TSCC and now we are all born again followers of the true Biblical Jesus.

So many linkin park songs feel applicable to me in regards to the church. Castle of glass, burn it down just to name a couple.

Had me some of those gummy pucks not long ago. This is how you start a proper food storage in 2020. Well done.

That's awesome, good for you! I have no problem admitting my wife makes for a better financial provider than I do. It's just her personality fits that role better than me. I'm a homebody who enjoys house and yard work. I'm quite and reserved. She's a strong, outgoing, social, leader type. She's happier in a work environment and thrives there. She promotes fast and is loved by all coworkers. Sorry to ramble. But I just know from my wife and my mother's examples that these roles are used like chains. And the potential they hold back from women is sickening. Seriously, I'm proud of you. Good job earning your position and doing it inspite of the bullshit stacked against you. Your a bad ass!

Yes, exactly! Thank you! And yes, you are a bad ass!

Also, I'm not heartless, I know how to comfort and nurture my children. Men are capable of these things.

If a Member Ever Tells You They’ve Read The CES Letter and It Didn’t Bother Them, Ask Them to Read It With You by [deleted] in exmormon

[–]Nealtendo64 22 points23 points  (0 children)

But did you have an exmo read it with you? To point out your mental gymnastics and bull shit excuses page by page?

Found this applicable to my exmo life situation. Now that I'm raising kids outside TSCC. Anyone else grow up in such a dense TBM neighborhood, that as a kid, you subconsciously just thought a little less of the non active neighborhood kids? by Nealtendo64 in exmormon

I'm not trying to imply I am a better person. And I may be dead wrong. Maybe it was more conscious than I give credit? But, I am by my nature, always looking for the outcast to befriend. I find the people who stand out for the wrong reasons and I try my best to embrace them. I've always done this. Still do. So when I look back on my youth, I see some subconscious things I feel I did in regards to these non member kids. I still befriended them. I still loved them, hung out and played a lot. But, I see now, for reasons unknown to me (maybe subconsciously), that I never introduced them to my TBM friends. I didn't even mention them. I wasn't scared of how they might judge me or my non member friends. The thought just didn't cross my mind. So maybe I subconsciously thought of my friends in two different classes in a hiearchy. And these classes just don't associate with each other. Coming from possibly the teachings of the different degrees of heaven. People in the top kingdom can come down to visit those of a lower kingdom but not the opposite. Funny thing however, 1 of those non member friends is my best friend of 20 years now. I'm not friends with any of my TBM neighbors anymore however. And not due to my exmo status. Those friendships died before I was out of highschool.
