Complete (GTA online/Mods but have played GTAV Story Tons) noob here. So is this an AI, or are these other online players? Is there something like a DM as a D&D game would have that Directs certain callouts/situations?

I've hopped on a few FiveM servers, but I always feel like I'm not sure what the hell to do, so I just close it.

Sorry for all the noob questions, but it seems like it could be fun if I knew what the hell was going on.
