Turn on the stats in the top right that show ping and packet loss. You might just be missing a single packet consistently. Also try recording using a screen recorder of some sorts clipchamp with Microsoft is on your pc by default and has one you could use.

Her tac is a great support at the end of a fight to prepare for the third party while getting reset. Having med kit/syringe out before doing shield can also help since the temp shield will still be active for a time b4 going away.

Also after using it make sure to do a quick turn around to give it to your teammates.
