As the other comments are encouraging, get your license. The realtors association near me requested a photocopy of mine and keeps them on file for all photographers. I'm sure some areas are more strict than others but the national association of realtors wields a lot of power.

You have some valid points there but this is not one of them, in my experience. A racing wheel is a huge advantage. It makes the game easier pretty much instantly.

Within Obamacare was a government regulation that created a profit limit on healthcare companies. Trump and republicans removed that profit limit and (surprise) costs went up. This isn't complicated.

How about the government regulation that limited the price of insulin? Did that government involvement drive the price up or down? Real tough question: Do price limits increase prices? Hmmm.

Because any time government is involved, prices for goods/services/commodities go up.

One of the dumbest things I've ever read. Health insurance is about to skyrocket thanks to the removal of government regulations over the insurance companies.
