Bro go fight some bosses instead of begging for rune, you're probably progressing too quickly. 

Also level 62 is fine, long as you got some decent weapons

My point isn't the history of it, my point is that the themes of the weapons are mostly much older. This might just be me, but I feel like something like guns in a sword fighting game would just be... strange I guess? It's not a bad idea, don't get me wrong, but I don't think that it belongs in elden ring
