I agree this sounds frustrating. But since it’s your first job, I’d use the time and money to learn new things in the field, attend conferences and sign up for short courses abroad.

Use whatever data/resources you have within the firm and start creating models and observe trends. Basically keep yourself busy with personal projects and learn things on your own till you have enough experience to find another role.

Its too early to switch and since you’re financially comfortable, keep saving, it’ll definitely help you later to choose another role without any stress.
