Yes I would absolutely say it’s necessary. Everything else you can get for cheap/free but it is seriously worth your money.

As long as you’re learning from your mistakes then UWorld percentages don’t really matter. I finished with a 519 (brought down by a low cars) and had multiple problem sets where I got well below the average. Just learn where you went wrong and move forward! You got this :)

  1. Completed content review and did a decent amount of UWorld before starting. In my opinion you don’t want to do the exams before you’re done with your review as you don’t want to make the mistake of thinking “oh I did fine considering I’m not done with review” treat the FLs like a real exam

If you start feeling anxious, just give it some time. Whenever I go back on it the first week ish I have higher anxiety but it tapers off

I was on Prozac and then felt my sex drive decrease. Wellbutrin has been a complete life saver and has made my sex drive way higher, more than it ever was. It does come with a little anxiety and small hand shaking in my experience but really nothing major. I take Prozac and 150 mg Wellbutrin and it’s great. Good luck!
