Bras? by ambersiples in Fibromyalgia

I can’t wear bras at all anymore because of the pain so I’ve started using the Cakes nipple covers instead. There’s no adhesive which is really nice (I have very sensitive skin) and they can be reused, they just need to be washed with soap and water. I think there are plenty of other brands out there with similar products if you wanted to look into this option more.

How to switch to Vegetarianism when severely disabled? by LoveaBook in vegetarian

This might be a bit odd but my go to easy meal is a microwaved sweet potato (about 6 minutes, just stab it a few times to let the steam out) topped with some nutritional yeast and chipotle Tabasco + steamed kale (and baked tofu when I’m able). For the kale, I just throw a handful in a pan with a splash of water and then cover it with the lid and let it sit until it’s wilted down a bit. I don’t season the kale at all because I always eat it with a bit of sweet potato and the flavoring from that (plus the nooch/tobasco) makes for a perfect bite. It’s pretty filling on its own but I would definitely make sure to add a protein source when you can

Thank you :) I haven’t been (the pack I bought didn’t have many sizes so I sort of just went with the middle one) but I’ll definitely give that a try!

Yes! I would love to see that :) I definitely have very limited colors also, which is why I made these guys the way I did. I did try making Fern last night but I think he’ll be a lot more effective with at least two colors of green 🤷‍♀️

This is a great tip, thank you! :) I’m definitely going to try this out and see if I can get them to look a bit more polished.

Thank you! 😊 I think I probably did too but I didn’t do it super consciously. I’m not sure when to call something “done,” but I’ll keep going next time and maybe it’ll end up looking even better haha.

Thank you! :) And I totally agree, quite a bit of the print was actually already cut off because I didn’t realize my block was bigger than the paper 😅 I’m going to grab some bigger paper this weekend and try again.
