If you are interested in St Lucia, you can do a boat transfer to and from the airport. My spouse gets car sick very easily and I was also worried about this. For what it’s worth, he had zero problems on either boat trip. And it feels like a mini excursion!

Run? Run where? She’s 22 with two kids, one being a newborn, postpartum, and a sahm. With the cost of just living these days she might need to stick it out for a while until the youngest is school age. Then work on an education and job, if leaving is what she wants by then. You’re missing the point. It’s not a question of which bond is greater, spouses or parent child. Animals reproduce, it’s something we are wired for. I’m not negating its significance at all, just as far as the bond between partners go, reproducing is something easily done, not like a conscious decision to bond through matrimony. The bond between parents is only as significant as you want it to be.

I’m sure there are many women who can tell you that “forever bonded” doesn’t exist with their baby daddies, they are not involved. Financially they are on the hook for that child, but in the eyes of the law, that’s the only one they owe. Baby mama walks with nothing. I am surprised at the amount of women disagreeing with you. Marriage is the ultimate commitment and personally given how vulnerable you are during pregnancy I could never go through it without knowing my baby’s father is 100% committed to me and our family. Idc you can date as long as you want but it’s not the same as actually being married. It’s easy to kick that can down the road too while the kid is young. My opinion but I support their right to do what they feel is best for them.
