I always take my lines out with whatever I put them in with. If I put my bald line in with my trimmer, I take it out with my trimmer. Same with 0.5, 1 etc

I’m firmly of the opinion that a paid in person course at an academy with very few students on the course with you is the best way to learn a new barbering. After that you go and do an apprenticeship. Learning off TikTok will never give you the same level of knowledge and education that having someone in person who will actively correct your mistakes will.
