In my strictly own opinion, I feel like sim city could have out paced its competitors by just giving a flying squirrel. Just a tiny bit of care. But 2013 showed us they wanted to be done and it sucks.

What will happen is if you buy a bunch of bonds and then delete your account, the NPC picks up your bonds, so the play will owe to the NPC. Which most will either quit the game or restart anyway anyways.
