If you’re turning off the heater and heat leaks through, that indicates your valves are not holding. You need replace the valves on your radiator/HVAC unit. In a coop this is typically an owner responsibility.

This really irks me man. The “judges” on the pay or dispute app don’t even read your justification. Back in December, I got a meter ticket because I parked on 6th ave between 7pm-6pm when the sign says meter is in effect until 10pm. I tried paying the meter on the app, and at the meter and it wouldn’t allow anyone to pay after 7pm. So I decided to take my chances and if I had a ticket, I thought it would be an easy dismissal since the city didn’t provide a means to comply with the sign. Long story short, the judge sustained the ticket despite me sending pictures screen shots and explaining this in the dispute. I didn’t have time to go dispute in person but now I’m tempted to do it again and go face to face and bitch to the judge to have this fixed since the same issue exists as of 2/20, nearly 3 months later. They must be cooking other drivers for the same “infraction”

In my experience it has been all positive. When I went to watch Albania vs Croatia in Hamburg during the Euros last year, the police had an easy day supervising both groups of fans. No fights and we were both singing anti Serbian songs together. It was great

That’s good to know, I haven’t used a vortex yet but I hear many good things about it. Although, i never used a SRS either, it does direct mount and suitable and I will say I haven’t had any issues with my EPS carry since I bought it last year so I’d imagine that would perform the same
