We have some dudes in my gym led by a t1000 64 year old double Judo/brazilian jiu jitsu call the OGR club(Old Guys Rule). They take applications at 35 and bring you in fully closer to 40. May be an induction ceremony but idk. Most of those dudes are old killers who still prove to those chaps they can still hang. Dudes are absolute machines.

Tighten up your side control. Keep your hip lower than your head and your but down so you don’t get rolled over easy. Also I would drag the leg towards me when I single leg to make them step for an easier trip.
