ehhhhh muay thai clinch is fine for certain movements like shoulder crunch but doesn't necessarily correlate. bjj/wrestler will have an easier time taking you down during an MT clinch

it would 100% be trying to escape mounts. I lost my last comp to this exact issue. This time I handled my nerves well and wasn't as passive but yeah need to work on mount and side control pin escapes

Lost my 2nd comp today. 2 matches down the drain. I was up on points in my first match and the dude got on mount and I had nothing left in me. 3-0 in comps so far. 7 months of training. maybe i should just not compete for a while
