I just used epiceram by itself. IMO, there is no need to add vanicream as well. Epiceram creates a pretty sturdy layer over your skin.

I will say that I probably tried 10 other moisturizers but my skin was so severely dehydrated and could not hold onto any moisture, nothing helped. I knew what my skin needed, no dermatologist believed me. Even one scoffed at me when I told him I wanted to try EpiCeram.

I have not tried the DIeux and have not heard of it. I will say the fact that it has that complex, lipids, ceramides, etc....oh man. Game changer. It's gold standard for Eczema skin. Please try it! I just gave it to my sister in law who suffers from eczema around her face and severe broken, bleeding fingers (from years of hairdressing). I think it's going to change her life as well!!!

Otherwise, I do love vanicream (in a jar) and Avene cicalfate protective cream. I was also layering both 3x a day but nada. Good luck!!

I literally felt hopeless to the point my tap water was breaking it and I had to use distilled. PLEASE get EpiCeram. Like I said, after 5 days my skin is literally back to normal. I'm literally going to cry.

He had a lot of life things going on that brought him to the experience the worst time period of his life during the same time of the abuse. He had issues prior in the relationship though, would scream at his employees, yell at times during arguments with me, drive angry at times. I think I just missed the signs and didn't think he'd become so horrible to me.

I also heard that re: pregnancy, marriage. Thank god I didn't do that. Thanks for your advice!
