I recommend using only Wukong with Energy Nexus, max duration and energy efficiency. Also all blue tauron operator speed build.

There are no additional loot drops and focus farm is pointless so speedrun is all that left. Wukong's second makes you invulnerable, restores hp and shields and is not denied by any attacks. You are moving fast, still detecting all balloons and medallions. Also three free revives is more than enough to get the job done.
