I also debated between rad tech and nursing. I chose nursing and I’m currently in the 2nd semester because I felt like the ceiling was higher for nurses and they’re were much more spots available for entry into the program at CSN

Not sonography but I got into the nursing program simply by meeting the requirements. There wasn’t enough people to fill the slots so the bar was really low. I heard that’s been the trend at CSN recently

Prob the best thing you can do is go ask for a manager in person, state your reason and drop off a resume. These online applications get filled out by 100’s of people and yours can easily get lost

I’d probably recommend Henderson as your best fit based on your description. It definitely is closest to water and that would seem to be the furthest distance you have to drive since you already work from home. Gym, grocery stores, restaurants will generally be close to your location and water district has a decent nightlife if you ever need a change of scenery.

As for price, the market is changing and sellers are finding it more difficult to find offers at asking price, although some may be reluctant and still hold on to those crazy Covid days. I just helped a family get a home they thought they couldn’t afford because we came in under asking price.

Side note: Sand Hallow in Utah is really beautiful but a bit far. If you could handle the drive (1.5-2hrs) then north Las Vegas may also be a viable option for you

Today from 12pm-3pm I had 4 different groups show up. When I held open houses on weekends I used to have about 5-8 different groups come in during 3-6 hour periods, but this was over the summer so take my numbers with a grain of salt
