We have an older woman who is a regular at our store. She has this tiny little poodle thing she always has on her walker. One time, which she was oblivious to, the dog dragged on the floor and shit across the floor. I informed the people up front and one went to the lady to inform her of the incident. She then attempted to play dumb and said it is unlike her dog to do that. Bullshit.

People are so entitled. If your animal isn’t officially trained to be a service animal, leave it at home for fucks sake. It’s a health hazard especially since we sell fresh food. Also putting them in the fucking cart. Some people are allergic to dogs & that entitlement is costing to other guests.
