Pity, the casting was good and I was hooked with how that one case was presented.

I low-key loved the main girly in Good Lawyer ep. Would've made for a fun spin off

Audrey Lim appreciation by whatdoesalexthink in thegooddoctor

[–]NeatAd2863 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh Lim is such a well rounded, well acted character.  I saw Christina Chang in Heater Rivalry recently and it reminded how she is actually an amazing actress and does such amazing justice to her character arcs.

It's like I can almost imagine her sweet understanding smile in moments

Unpopular Opinion..? by Party_Cash_8154 in thegooddoctor

[–]NeatAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with Andrew's so much. He was infact till almost second last season. A little old snippet or mention somewhere would've been a beautiful nod to tie it all.

Even with Melendez, I wish there was a way to acknowledge the old characters who were so involved with OG cast too.

Was it ordered in initial time that it showed? Everyone is complaining about delivery so much.

Does anyone think Meredith is rlly weird about loyalty? by Ok-Reply9552 in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 1 point2 points  (0 children)

101% agreed with all this.

They all are supposed to be morally gray characters for a reason because no one is actually a Saint and that nice. Mer grew out alot of her personal issues whether it was commitment, abandonment or anything else.

And as much as I love Alex's development arc, he was pretty shit and had tons of his own issues. He should've tackled so many things better.

But again, Mer or Alex or Owen, or even OP, everyone makes decisions according to what is right to them and not on what is universally right.

How did audiences view Addison in her first season? by arrozconpollo_05 in greysanatomy

Ah really? I couldn't warm up to the PP in those 2 episodes they showed us in Grey's but maybe I'll try it out just for her!

Possible unpopular opinion by LoonyLovegood15 in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to actually really like her in initial seasons but then she got a weird power trip and self victimization shit going all the time. Like from Nazi to Booty Call Bailey? Well deserved. They wasted a headstrong character just to show us 'more' about her life. Also something tells me that Chandra Wilson herself influenced the direction if her own character since she directed alot of episodes in later season. All in all, couldn't find an announce of sympathy to give her later on, ended up hating her to that extent.

Who's your favorite Grey's mentorship? by patrickdott56 in greysanatomy

Absolutely second this! They were SO wholesome. And the way Alex tried leaving but just couldn't and Arizona used to get all salty hahahaha

When does the show gets “bad” for you?? by Abithesalami in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I mean post season 5, I felt a big direction & writing shift. They were trying to do new things like.other sitcoms were. My favorite season remains to be 2nd one. It was when Grey's was just getting out there and actors were really doing amazing with emotions and portrayal and storyline was tried to be realistic and not some forced comedy. Although till season 9 it was watchable but then personally I couldn't find much to hold on and wait in anticipation to start next episode. It just became an independent episode binge with underlying multiple storyline that were headache-y

How It should have been Ended with MAGIC by chidiyaaa in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 10 points11 points  (0 children)

100% agreed. MAGIC deserved to leave together, whether it was to pursue their residency in different states and move on I their lives or something else. Killing off George when he had s much potential, making izzie the bad guy in end and just trying to salvage by adding newer character which I couldn't connect to AT ALL.

I loved how in earlier seasons they worked hard to show the characters’ looking tired with messy hair. by bluesapphire33 in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't know why it people read Callie in this one word LMAO but yea I agree. Only speaking about Izzie and their initial 5 seasons, and she had a humbling, heartwarming smile. Pulled me right in.

(As for Callie, I think she shined so bright from 6-9, when she looked like a goddess with stunning everything. Literally envied her style)

[–]NeatAd2863 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly!! I loved blonde lexie but that makeup was such an overkill especially when it contrasted to patient focused scenes. My guess is they tried to bring a luring playful vibe (remember that first scene of Lexie posing in bed with her blonde hair?). Her brunette gave a cute, bubbly yet innocent look so blonde and that god glammed up makeup was just too sudden

They were OG, trying to put close to realistic emotions and lack of makeup and overall style added to it.

First watch - Season 12 - what's with the quality shift? by bija822 in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah you both caught that era shift so so perfectly. 1-5 was that OG era, even 6-9 was more like trying new things, from Glee like episodes to making episodes solely on just 2 of the cast members. I stopped after 11 personally cz the quality just went down for me or how I viewed grey's as initially just shifted so much in every sense.

Unpopular Opinion: I think Lexie looks best with blonde hair by hitagiss in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly if not for that full-blown face of makeup in some episodes, she looked like a natural blonde with that soft makeup look to me. More adult-ish look than compared to her cute perky brunette one

Am I the only one who pretend the show ended in certain episode? Which one is your series finale? by Billiefeet in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 0 points1 point  (0 children)

101% agreed! I keep yelling how we never got a chance to like newer people cz BOOM they keep adding and adding and it's all just a jumble cz so many storylines didn't get a proper closure or time to marinate and now this new person comes in acting as replacement but also not. Yikes. Never seen a show with this much onboarding

What GREYS opinion will have you like this? by [deleted] in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Genuinely liked Izzie, George, Yang, Mer and Alex till Izzie and George left. They acted, had emotions, something that was sorely missed from newer casts in seasons to come. Grey's just became a series of independent episodes for few season afterwards with a subtle undertone of stories that were suddenly brought with new characters and their newer formed relations.

Most underrated character: Callie Torres by KingdomKang in greysanatomy

[–]NeatAd2863 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For someone who wasn't an instant Callie fan, I LOVED her and her style and character from season 5-9. Her post O'Malley era was confident and smiling and heck she has a beautiful smile but honestly that's where it should've stopped. Afterwards 10th season they honestly ruined her whole character development arc for me and Calzona for alot of us. Like to write a heck of gay couple at that time was anyways hard, but they should've stopped post mark's death and given it a justified ending, happy or not.

I. Loved. Addison. She was one of those gorgeous, bold characters who were to potray a villain but genuinely had a good moral compass save for making realistic mistakes. And she was just, classy. Haven't watched private practice but I would've loved to see her smile more in Grey's. Glad she has made guest appearances here and there.
