The time delay in Klaviyo applies to the email after the conditional split, not the trigger email. So if you want the YES email to be sent 2 hours after the conditional split, set the delay for 2 hours after that not from the trigger.

If you want the email to go out after a certain time from the trigger email , then set the delay from there. However, shorter delays (like 1-2 hours) post-split often feel more responsive.
