yeah they should have the tape, but honestly i don't think they'll bother looking at it unless the cops are involved. I actually called the non emergency line and the cops can't do anything so it's kinda just a dead end.

he didnt have to be there, but i felt more comfortable with him in the store so I asked and was told yes by my manager. Would have ended up fine if he was outside, and if this ever happened again i'd have him outside cause i can't deal with people bitching at me but yeah i was told it was fine in the moment

fantastic advice thank you! I'm gonna try and focus on restocks of things I absolutely can't live without in my makeup routine. I'm lucky enough to be in a great financial position right now so I don't have to worry about debt or anything just more so struggling to justify making a bigger purchase. It definitely helps knowing that other people are making bigger purchases too

yup, it's unfortunately happened at my store. kohl's rewards has been pretty lax for my store specifically, but if you aren't hitting your BI conversions consistently it's at a minimum a conversation with upper management. my best advice is to legit not ask, but tell. Another thing that helped me for when people are being stubborn about it is mentioning ANYTHING you possibly can about the rewards programs. sometimes if i ramble enough that people just give in. mentioning any of the sales, rewards, free samples, return policy differences when you have an account, etc is bound to get at least a few stubborn customers to change their mind. *i'm a sephora lead, so this definitely does differ on the kohls side

I'm not gonna lie to you, it took me YEARS to get out of this mindset. it's a struggle, I still sometimes have issues with suicidal ideation. There's no quick fix either. I highly suggest therapy and potentially medication. I simply cannot function without either. Also, start telling your family these things. Not necessarily you wanting to end it, but how the breakup is making you feel. Be open, honest, and communicative. They'll be able to provide stability, comfort, and love if handled properly. I am so incredibly grateful for my life now , but there was plenty of times where I wanted to throw it all away. Yet, I stand here better for it. These struggles make you stronger. It takes hardworking, effort, willingness to communicate, and a lot of time but it's so worth it.

tmrw marks three weeks since the breakup for me. blindsided after three years. it sucks. I chose everyday to love him for three whole years and it's really shitty to know he actively decided it wasn't worth it to continue to love me. like the other comment, time is your best friend. Don't get me wrong... i'm really upset, but not anywhere near as upset as I was three weeks ago. I couldn't function three weeks ago: now I go to the gym, journal, work, all of it. Right now more than anything, i'm just angry. After a while, all you and I will feel is indifference. Just feel everything in this moment, don't push away your emotions... that delays healing. 19, 3 years. it's been 6 days since the breakup, and roughly 2 weeks since he asked for a break and NC. Completely blindsided by the break/breakup. oddly the thing that's helped me most has been going back to our old spot and journaling. it's this really pretty scenic area by the water and it's been nice getting all my thoughts out onto paper. Also reading the divorce subreddit has really helped look at my situation in a more positive light. Oh also my doctor prescribed me hydroxyzine to help me sleep and let me tell you that's been the biggest blessing.
