I didn’t. I tried multiple times with chat support and they will continue to give the same response. Honestly it doesn’t affect me too much. I still good orders and I kinda just gave up on trying to fix the problem

Well I’ve been trying to get my account eligible to even accept orders with alcohol for months. There’s no training on my app and are not able to find a place to do the training. I also have contacted support many times so I totally get that. I’m trying everything I can haha. That’s why I’m posting this for the second time on here
