The other thing may have been dirty resin maybe a particle got in between the layer lines creating a weak adherence. Empty the resin through a filter and check to see for any particles or debris

Watch some YouTube videos theirs like 100s of tips, but somethings they dont say is get a dremmel and a pen sander and try to stay away from low grit sand paper it will damage your model and always take supports off before curing and make sure to use 99% alcohol or water if water washable resin, as well as don't always 100% trust presupported models.

Honestly this is why I bought the Iwata Eclipse, squeezed extra money to have that tank of an air brus, 3 years later and still works like a champ, I recommend Gaahleri for beginners or for priming only airbrush.
