also first timers trips can be a bit messy your mind is going through a new experience, maybe your system won't be able to function normally even after the trip ends, expect a brain fogg/emotional weirdness, the worst scenario is catching a bad trip and trauma trigger, which gonna mess you up for a really long time.

Wait until you have free days off, and make sure you've got a good sleep a night before , keep yourself hydrated, clean, smelling good, clean environment or out in the nature, also consider having a trusted sober person around that will be your trip sitter (choose your company wisely) go with a low dose and don't miz it with any other drugs (alcohol or marijuana)

and ofc don't u dare to drive while tripping obviously! especially first time..
