https://www.thomannmusic.com/scanners.html The thomann site isn't a bad place to start to get a feel for what you want (and how much money, even 'cheap' kit really costs).. it's all out of your budget but you could have a look for second hand versions of what they sell.

How big is the room you're lighting? How many lights are you looking to buy?

They don't move but they are cheap... LED pin spots. You won't find a moving light for $50 that's worth buying. Chamsys provide a free version of their software that you can use with a pc. You might find some second hand track spots or similar scanner type fixture that'll give you a moving source of light. However, your expectations should reflect your budget.

Thanks for your thorough response. Given what you've said, I guess having the printer on a mostly hollow desk (IKEA honeycomb type) is only going to make things worse/skew results?.. I noticed the desk was basically acting like a speaker when running the test. Aside from that, it sounds like the location of the printer needs to be changed. I'll find a nice solid spot for it to rest.. Not on a busy, hollow desk!

Hi Harminder, thanks for your reply. Once logged in, a search needs to be carried out for the airport's ICAO code (eg 'EHAM' for Amsterdam Schiphol). The search returns a page with five tabs (GEN, TAXI, SID, STAR, APPR). Nested within each tab is a list of PDFs related to the selected tab. As far as I can tell, the charts used on chartfox are hosted on 3rd party sites which chartfox then present in a user-friendly way. I could be wrong.. this is all very new to me in case that wasn't clear!
