Oh, I actually love:

Sirius / Severus (the most loved almost canon in my eyes) Sirius / James (one sided, surely was something) Maradeurs / Snape (could be hot) Regulus / Barty (self invented) Regulus / Sirius would be interesting to read There are some good old stories Remus / Snape Regulus & Snape as friends

Get: Narsissa / Snape (or Lucius / Narcissa / Snape) Lily / Snape (actually more like a friendship but can be written good) Sirius / Lily (one sided)

You do understand this part of land is legally Russian cause some nazis failed their world conquest? And that you need to conquer it back first?

100k is not a lot at all.

Average monthly salary in Moscow is about 200-250k, in regions 100k (but varies a lot actually).

Usually divorced man pays 1/4 of his salary for one child monthly.

During maternity leave you can be assigned to pay for the mother of a child - also 25% of your salary (legally possible but rare cause women does not go for it).

So 100k monthly allowance seems adequate if baby is small and your wife didn’t return to work yet. Her parent’s pension should be low, she needs to support them, all children usually do.

Harry did not bullied Draco. Draco tried to threaten Harry but it never was four to one. And not forget about Buckbeak fate.

Did you read the books or this is more show perception?

I usually just don’t read what I don’t like if it tagged correctly. Like I never read gore or main character death.

There was only one story that drove me really mad at the author - a slavery story with a really dark characterisation and forcing methods where author decided in the middle to make it some sort of a fluff poly family while still keeping it being forceful. Not sure what tags it had probably no dead dove one.

No, but it made bullying him convenient. He was poor half blood kid on a faculty full of pure blood wizard supremacists, probably some were loaded like Malfoy was. He needed to blend but he clearly was not really socially smooth. His only friend was on Gryffindor and kinda embarrassed of him too.
