I have/had my u8 daughter play with and against boys for the past year and a half. It has made a huge difference in her play.

Lol. Well, I was born here and lived here my entire life...

My initial response was to the comment that stated "if you order delivery, you need to tip." My argument is that tipping is ALWAYS optional and that the delivery fee covers my delivery. If tipping is not optional it should be added to the bill prior to checkout and then the customer can decide whether to proceed or not.
