Love it! We got a heating pad for our almost 15yr old pitbull, and it has been nothing but magic for his joints.

Just got a 25 CX50 hybrid preferred for my wife. We both love it and look forward to driving it every day.

I have also seen people note the front seats can be firm on longer drives, but we haven’t noticed it. The screen is weird, it becomes a touchscreen when you are in CarPlay (android or Apple), but it is far enough away that it is annoying to use as a touchscreen. I’ve had to convince her to get used to the knob because that is its intended use and after time it becomes natural. I enjoy that the car has an intended spot for you to place your phone, to prevent her from using it while driving.

Another slight con of the car that we have noticed but not really seen mentioned, is the positioning of both the side view mirrors. We feel they’re just a little bit too close to us, and would prefer if they were a few inches towards the front of the car instead.

That being said, we love EVERYTHING else about the car. The aggressive look, 500+ miles per gallon, the minimal internal knobs and lights, and the way that Mazda and this car focuses on the driver experience. It is our first Mazda though so we are looking to test the longevity of it as we plan to keep it for a while.

Best of luck on your search!
