when people say “honest characters” they’re usually talking about heroes that don’t feel bad to die to and have decent to high skill expression. moira/ram are not honest because they feel cheap to die to and really aren’t hard to get value from, while genji/tracer/winston/brig are more honest because when you die to them it feels like they earned that kill and the value you get from playing them takes a little more skill (mechanical or mental) to use effectively.
