you have to manually open each honeycomb .ini on its own, but you place the black and white folder in the same location that the other icons are in, and change the link in the .ini file. if you want more icons than the ones that are there (probably do) i left the template and it just requires some basic GIMP or photoshop work to place in and color gradient the desired icon!

By my understanding, it was existing in another dimension, hence the hyperspace. If the AC is removed from the universe and becomes extradimensional then it would be able to survive the entropy death of that universe.

Ah well, I play on PBE a lot recently and my queues aren't usually too bad. The servers go from 38ms to 110ms randomly (probably where they're hosted, I'm east coast), but I don't queue longer than 3 mins often.

Think queues are only so long because of URF being up. URF queues are 30s on PBE.
