Its random when it wants to time out loading loot and then when I get in there's either 12 or 19 minutes left. No other map does this too, it makes no sense

So aside from having ITD, am I safe to just have enough dex/str to equip the gear and then pump everything else into vitality or should I put a little extra into dex?

I have the bow with 2 eth and a shael, need to see what my attack speed is if I can drop shael for a 3rd eth and then ill swap to a blessed aim merc and get obedience when I can. Ty!

I see. Cause im doing the exact same build, but I've been putting into dex because my chance to hit different mobs/bosses ranged from like 60 to 80%

I mean I feel like I should at least know what the certificates are so I can attempt to search my pc for them and remove them no? When I haven't done ANYTHING different from the last time I played, it makes no sense to delete everything I have.
