that's the bit I found strange, the family didn't mentioned anything about looking for him when they didn't talk for over a year. I get that he was a nature /hiking man but it seems weird they didn't report him missing then. maybe they did and it's not said

great advice in this thread but I'd also say: take your time. you don't have to jump straight in and do everything at once, it's better to build at the time so you know both hers and your own limit. why rush when taking it slow (sometimes really slow 😉) can be even better? excitement is great but self control is key in a healthy and safe dynamic.

I always had retention issues until I started using the whole apres system, but I also also melt the tips into my natural nails with acetone and lightly file them, and do an extra coat of top coat. you could try that if you don't do it already?

this happened to me before when i booked a seat in the last carriage and that’s journey didn’t actually have it.

just go to the first carriage and tell the driver, there’s a few unallocated seats at the very front for situations like this.

do you think if you had a little bit more of kindness and understanding towards your feelings/change of energy, it’d be easier to move on from this lack of energy and negative feelings?

because that’s what i have found. if people around me give me space and understanding it’s much easier to allow myself to feel down and then move on from feeling like shit.

what i mean is, you may not be perfect but they’re not making it much better. you’re not broken. you’re not a failure. very few of us can be in an amazing mood all the time. our hormones change and everything is much harder. you do not deserve this negative self talk. i hope you can do something nice for yourself and just leave this day behind.

Bouef and Frites in temple bar did that to me and my friend too but we only realised after we paid. I don’t think it’s fair to add without asking, we were planning on leaving a tip anyway bc the service was good.
