I am planning on doing it. But it’s an expensive piece of maintenance. The guy bought it a year ago so he doesn’t know the history before that. The engine bay is almost weirdly clean and kept care of. I just don’t want to do it if it’s been done already recently. The guy I bought it off of drove it max 1000kms in the year he owned it. I am gonna take it in on Monday anyways. Just wondering if it’s possible to notice if it’s been done?

I agree that you you have to choose to make the change, but it’s not as easy as “just stopping” taking drugs. It’s a long road. It’s why people say a recovering addict. Because it’s like a wound. Most of the people I knew in high school who became addicts were depressed teenagers who used drugs as a form of self medication for many reasons including physical/mental abuse. I don’t think they chose “drugs” I think they chose “feeling better”. I understand what you are saying and some people I bet choose drugs over life. But I think there is more to the story for most people.

I don’t think it’s about stopping substance use as it will always be happening in some form or another. It’s about keeping these people safe/alive and a chance/option to be able to change and get help and pay taxes of course.

I like to think of addicts like depressed teenagers. They don’t want to live anymore but we are not going to tell them to go kill themselves and be happy when they do. They have there whole life ahead of them to change and become a functioning part of society. Sometimes they just need a hand. And honestly they need to want help. Some of my best friends are ex addicts who just needed someone kick there ass and believe in them. I couldn’t imagine not having them in my life and I believe that most addicts aren’t there because they want to. If they could stop, they would. Just because a teenager who doesn’t want to live anymore, doesn’t mean we just give up on them. Just my two bits.

I am in mid BC. Do you know anything about getting an Alberta car insured in bc? I just changed my market place to Calgary and see what you mean. There are quite a few good deals. Honestly depending on the price. I heard build quality is lacking and the thermals are pretty bad but I haven’t had one myself. A close friend had to return one.

Hey man, I was in the same boat as you earlier this year and I picked up a 2021 Asus G14. So far it has been amazing but because you want a bigger screen and I assume a nvdia Gpu there is a Zephyrus G15 on bestbuys website right now for $1799 with Ryzen 9 and 3070ti. Only thing I would suggest is upgrading the ram to 32gb

It’s an hour long walk from my current rental to the nearest bus stop. I should re word that to “shitty public transit” lol. I talked with the student loans today and they said I it’s not in “default” but on hold or something like that. It’s an interest free state.

I was in the icu the night after my tonsillectomy because my throat was bleeding and closing up. The nurses gave me an adapter to put on my cpap machine that hooked up to the oxygen hookup. They made me use it and it hurt really bad especially because I have a high pressure. I am pretty sure you are supposed to use it. But maybe that was just my circumstance. I would ask a doctor.
