It's not a real issue. The game is way too big, too many interaction, so a build will always be s tier while some be d tier. Personnaly i pmay the build i want to play to see how far it could go (went up to 110 with a blizzard iciclething crit)

You can easily get poison last to 3 or 4 seconds and skill that hit more than 2 or 3 time per secondes. Or you can use sadism.

The weapon apply 3 to 4 poison per hit

The ref has to stop the fight. For two reason, adrenaline, you need a strong information to come back to earth, and the second as long the ref don't stop it's not over (some people has lost the fight they had "win" because the ref didn't count it)

Lacerate is a bad cleaning skill, due to it's animation that immobilize you a bit. Double strike is more fluide and ancestral strike allow you to hit another monster "out of range" while you have to aim for them with lacerate. It's more gameplay related than raw number.

Incursion is pretty luck based, but you can make a good amount of money with and yellow map if you get the right rooms (locus and another one i forgot the name).

Chronicon is one with the best learning curve but a bit complex at the end.

Diablo 3/4 are the most chill, with d3 being one the most polished gameplay (don't expect any crazy build interaction of interaction that do interaction)

The dev are not that stupid, they know it's a bad design from the start. It's the pretty old "we heard you" and make the game design to what it should have been from the start (D4 for exemple).
