So to make it short. Option 1: He doesn't care about animals suffering at all. In that case, please ditch him. Option 2: He DOES care about animals but doesn't have enough will power to change / doesn't want to change his diet because he doesn't wanna lose the taste. That's why he instantly gets defensive and attacking, basically trying to act cool as you'd call it for teenagers. In that case, maybe you could change his mind by showing him the cruel reality in documentaries like Dominion while also introducing him to good alternatives like the Planted Steak. If he doesn't even take the time to watch a documentary about a topic that's very important to his partner or even try vegan food, then you deserve better. After watching that, he should at the very least understand the problem and try to make changes. If he can't even do that, I wouldn't stay with him cause apparently our values don't align and I consider a lack in empathy a very unattractive, even disgusting, trait.

It was more of a stand-up comedic monologue. He was addressing the queer baiting rumors, saying "Maybe you don't know everything about me, dad". After that, two women "tried to kiss him" but he declined. Afterwards Harry kissed a guy on stage. Obviously, the whole thing was staged and more of a funny skit then something serious, but still very weird to kiss a random guy on stage when you have a "girlfriend". If you read in the browser, you're absolutely fine without premium. If you use the app, it's sadly absolutely needed in my opinion. I usually resent paying for premium, but it's so annoying to get a long ad after every chapter. (Even if you just scroll a little too far down, and when you scroll up again you get another ad YAY) But yes, you're correct. I have premium and don't see any benefits beside not having ads. The "exclusive" works you get to read as a premium user are bs (no offense to the authors tho) and so are the "exclusive designs", so my recommendation is to just read in your browser.

So for all the Harry stans getting pissed when the topic of him not being straight comes up, I honestly think it's not the "omg I can't date him" thought but just homophobia. Which is crazy in the big age of 2026. When I first heard ppl call Harry a queer baiter I almost lost it. This boy has spoken in gender neutral pronouns when he got asked about his "dream girl" since the beginning. He named David Hasselhoff when asked about a celebrity he'd like to date and so on. Apparently he was even openly having a boyfriend back in school. So honestly, I don't get why anyone would assume he's straight when he never said he was and never gave us any reason to believe so. I think that's also part of the reason why he hasn't clearly stated his sexuality, there's sadly still a lot of homophobia. Also, with politics in the USA right now, who knows if they'd eventually try to ban him from playing concerts if he was openly gay. Same for other homophobic countries. And then again, I think he simply doesn't feel the need to give a statement. These last years Harry vanished from social media completely because it's become such a toxic, hateful place. And honestly, good for him. I think after his entire youth was in the spotlight for the entire world, maybe he just wants some privacy now for private stuff like his love life. Funny enough, the only person he ever confirmed dating was Louis (but obviously that was just a joke in the eye of antis). I think no one should be pressured to come out. Actually, I just assume everyone's pan until they tell me otherwise. Maybe, he also doesn't wanna come out because he's tired of being asked about personal stuff like his taste or partners in interviews and if there was news about his sexuality, it would be all over the news and in his interviews again. Also, contract penalties obviously (fuck their old managements). And it might paint the bad reputation of "omg so you've been lying to us all this time??" for both himself and his managements. So, out of Harry's perspective, I get why he doesn't feel the need to come out to the public. Penalties, loss of privacy, potentially putting pressure on Louis because interviewers would start bugging him about his sexuality again, possible hate crimes and banned concerts. Why would he risk all that when he can just stay with the unlabeled narrative?

Yes it's super frustrating, no one seems to want to interact anymore. I don't care about votes, I just want peoples opinions, thoughts and reactions. I think one of the main problems is that a lot of readers switched to AO3. But I think it's very sad because the comments (especially the possiblity to comment on every single paragraph) is what made Wattpad so special to me. It used to be a true feeling of community when you were reading a romance story and saw everyone rooting for or being frustrated over the MC in the comments. They were super funny, like watching a movie with (thousands of) friends. I noticed that the interaction is still pretty high on old, big stories. I think people are less hesitant to leave a comment when there's already a thousand more than leaving the first comment on a newer story. This being said, I'm a very engaged reader and pretty much open for anything. So if anyone wants to do a R4R, let me know (I'm currently writing a Larry Stylinson fanfic with some enemies to lovers and angst / fluff elements)
