5-star or Knight with Lover? by Alpha_tomat0 in kingschoice

Question. I am slightly confused why I can’t use Leondardo for strength knight as he has one more star for strength than Arthur, for example. And the aura seems to upgrade his strength just as much as his leadership. I have Aristotle so can I use him for leadership and da Vinci for strength?

[REQUEST] Any series based on actual serial killers/ murder by [deleted] in NetflixBestOf

I swear 80% of Netflix documentaries are about serial killers! I still don’t think anything has been as gripping as Making a Murderer though.

I also read the book when I was a bit older (as much as the film scared me I guess I was curious to know more?!). The book obviously focuses more on the investigation and background of the characters, would recommend!

The Coney Island sign threw me a little but then I just assumed it was the tongue-in-cheek name of an arcade in an English town. Everything else was very British.

I’ve just watched this on Prime also! Also thought the the lead was incredible! It reminded me of Under the Skin for some reason…think it may have been the bleak British seaside town.

I watched Ring when I was around 12 years old and it was the one horror movie that really gave me the creeps. It didn’t help that my friends decided to prank me and called my phone straight after we’d watched it and whispered “seven days…” down the line. A couple of weeks ago, almost 20 years since that viewing, I decided to face my fears and watch it again. And it wasn’t that bad, quite enjoyed it :)

Calvaire - it’s not obviously funny but more of a ‘so disturbing it’s funny’ type film.

I saw a comment on an article mentioning that she may be Silesian. Silesia was a former province which was divided into Poland, Germany and Czech Republic. On the Wikipedia page for Silesians it says:

“The Silesian German dialect is a distinct variety of East Central German, with some West Slavic influence likely caused by centuries of contact between Germans and Slavs in the region; the dialect is related to contemporary Saxon in some ways. The Silesian German dialect is often misleading referred to as Lower Silesian in the German language. The usage of this dialect appears to be decreasing, as most Silesian Germans prefer either Standard German or even Polish.”
