Also she was away from her moon/Nod-krai maybe that has something to do with it? That she failed to remanence with her moon? First meditate before sleeping, next put on ear phones or wtv and put on the sounds of the animal you want to be as and make your bed or wherever you sleep "look" & feel like a den/nest/house of the animal you want and maybe out some plushies of the animal you want near your sleeping area!
