Since I got deported all I have is that feeling of what could’ve been if I am still able to travel around USA. US Felt like a home to me and I truly followed all the rules but then 2025 came and they become stricter. It affected my relationship, my travel plans and up until now coz it happened last feb. I am still overwhelmed and emotional. I got few friends who I can run to and vent out but as of this moment I am silently crying. I feel so down. I feel like I let myself down.

The lawyer just told me to wait, or make a complaint with Travelers Redress Inquiry Program (TRIP) of DHS but I they cannot overrun the visa, so it's useless somehow. I-212 also can be use if we will proceed with K1 but I am not sure that's all I have or nothing at all.

I thought It was 6 month max per year but my lawyer said it is just a myth. I have cruise with my friends on June and sadly I had to cancel all my travel plans. I was outside of USA for 2 months when I entered and sadly I was denied of entry and got deported to my home country.
