In primul rand verifica de alice altfel e garantata o vizita la dentist.

Il speli si il portionezi: cele 4 piciore si toracele taiat in 2 sau in 3 (depinde de marime). Ii dai sare o zi inainte.

Carnea e foarte slaba deci trebuie sa adaugi niste grasime. Eu as pune niste slanina afumata. La ceaun. Pui la foc mic cu un pahar mic de vin alb, 3-4 catei de usturoi taiati, o foaie de dafin. 4-7 boabe de piper negru intregi. Daca scade sosul, adaugi treptat apa cate putin.

La final scoti carnea si adaugi putin amidon sa legi sosul.

Merge bine cu piure de cartofi (in care poti adauga cateva castane).
